Service Deposit

Coppola Keratin Smoothing Treatment appointments require a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total service charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance forfeit the deposit.

New Client appointments require a deposit of 50% of the service fee at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total service charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit in accordance with the cancellation fees outlined below.

Reschedules & Cancellations

Text reminders are sent out upon booking an appointment. You will receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment and a phone call confirmation 1 day before your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees:

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of service fee.

No call, No Show: 100% of service fee.
